Know what happens at every step before you send an offer or pay.
How to send an offer
- Choose the domain. Open its sales page or select it in the store.
- Enter your offer. Add the amount, currency, name and email.
- Verify your email. Use the link we send you so the owner receives the offer.
- Wait for the decision. The owner can accept, reject or begin a negotiation.
Sending an offer does not charge you and does not reserve the domain.
How direct purchase works
- Select Buy now on a domain where direct purchase is enabled.
- The domain is temporarily reserved while you complete Stripe Checkout.
- Stripe confirms the payment securely; Getdominio does not store card details.
- After confirmation, the purchase appears in your account and the transfer process starts.
Cancel a pending offer
If an earlier offer is still pending, request its cancellation and confirm the email we send you. You can then submit a new offer.
