What each status means
Understand where your domain, offer, payment or transfer is and what happens next.
Domain and publication statuses
| Status | What it means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| BORRADOR | The domain has been added but ownership has not been verified. | Create the indicated DNS TXT record and verify. |
| VERIFICADO | The ownership check was successful. | Pay for publication. |
| PENDIENTE_PAGO_PUBLICACION | A publication checkout has started. | Complete payment or wait for Stripe confirmation. |
| PUBLICACION_PAGADA | Payment is confirmed and technical activation is pending. | No action is needed while Getdominio prepares the page and certificate. |
| DISPONIBLE | The domain is published and available to buyers. | Manage offers or unpublish it if necessary. |
| RESERVADO | A buyer has an active direct-purchase checkout. | Wait for payment or for the temporary reservation to expire. |
| DESPUBLICADO | The domain is not visible to buyers. | Republish during the active period or renew if required. |
| PUBLICACION_CADUCADA | The paid publication period has ended. | Renew publication. |
| BLOQUEADO | The domain requires a Getdominio review. | Wait for the review or contact support with the domain name. |
| VENDIDO | The direct purchase has been confirmed. | Follow the transfer process. |
Offer statuses
PENDIENTE_VERIFICAR_EMAIL
The buyer must use the verification link sent by email.
ENVIADO
The verified offer has been delivered to the owner.
ACEPTADA
The owner wants to continue with the proposed amount.
NEGOCIACION
Buyer and owner need to agree on the final conditions.
RECHAZADA
The owner has not accepted the offer.
CANCELADO
The pending offer was cancelled and will not continue.
Payments and transfers
Payment confirmation and domain transfer are shown separately. A paid purchase can still have a pending transfer while delivery is coordinated.
If a status does not update immediately after Stripe, wait a few moments before trying again. Payment confirmation arrives securely in the background.
